Our Goals and Values
People’s Power Group and Welfare Trust was founded with a vision to identify, mentor and prepare the underprivileged children for a better tomorrow. We also inspire and enable philanthropy to meet community needs and help build a better and stronger surrounding.
With a mission to serve the community and surroundings by providing quality education to the underprivileged children, we accomplish our mission by:
- Performing ground work and identifying resources
- Continuous study of government policies
- Simplifying the access to resources by providing courses like Spoken English, Basic of Computers, Advanced Analytics (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), Cloud Fundamentals and Interview preparation to students so they are market ready immediately post-Graduation
- Providing Scholarship assistance
- Connecting donors to the purpose
- Providing guidance to address immediate community issues
Our Programs and Services
1. Philanthropy
As a social responsibility, we work towards making the younger generation understand the true meaning of conservation and preservation of our environment. We have a tie-up with local environmentalist to preserve a forest area around NIBM, Pune
2. Spoken English Course
We collaborated with AB Tutorials, who has an offline and online setup to conduct Spoken English courses to our candidates, which helps boost their confidence and public speaking
3. Basic Computer Classes
Many candidates that we support come from EWS’s (Economically Weak Sections). To help them come up the learning curve, we started with Basic of Computers course
4. Basic and Advanced Excel Courses
Many students who were nearing their 3rd year graduation and were preparing to hit the ground for job hunting, needed some IT skills. An Advanced Excel course was something which helped many secure a decent job. Further to this we also started with data visualisation courses like Advanced Power BI and Tableau
5. Cloud Fundamentals
For existing employees, going through mid-career crisis and looking out for opportunities in IT sector, keeping the market demand, we have started a cloud fundamentals course wherein a candidate is trained to get at least AZ-900 certified. Post which if needed, we also provide course like DevOps etc.
6. Scholarship Activities
We have a tie-up with Pehchaan Foundation, who have been working on Government Policies for ethnic minorities since last 7-8 years. We help communities to apply for all relevant scholarships made available by the Government of India. This also helps us keep all official documents up-to-date for all our students.

Since our inception, we have been successfully been able to provide relief to many families by making them self-sustainable. Our fellows have been working tirelessly in performing the ground activities for the cases we receive.
Our work on educating our young minds has given us fruits that we cherish.
